Beginning in February 2006 the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) will be conducting a Contractor Provider Satisfaction Survey. The purpose of this survey is to measure your satisfaction with the services we at GHI provide to you, specifically in the areas of Provider Inquiries, Provider Communication, Claims Processing, Appeals, Provider Enrollment, and Medical Review in Queens County New York.

You should be recieving a letter from us in the near future that further explains the purpose of this survey. Your participation is voluntary however we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to provide us with some feedback regarding how well we provide services to our Medicare providers. This feedback will help us to improve the services that we provide to you.

All of the information that is provided by you will be confidential. The results of the survey will be reported in the aggregate and will not be associated with your name or your office or clinic.
